Franzel named to president’s list

UNIVERSITY CENTER — Danielle Franzel of Saginaw is one of more than 650 students from Saginaw Valley State University whose academic excellence earned a spot on the fall 2023 semester President’s List. To be eligible for the President’s List, a student must take at least 12 credit hours and earn a 4.0 grade point average.

McKenzie welcomes CMU student

McKenzie Health System has announced that Jack Fritzke, a medical student from Central Michigan University, will join Dr. Matthew Gormley at Croswell Clinic in early March as part of his education. Fritzke, originally from Scottsdale, Arizona, holds a bachelor’s degree in biology from Arizona State University. Atwell, Paetzke wed

Katrina Louise Atwell and Kurt Gerard Paetzke announce their marriage. A private ceremony was held Feb. 14. In attendance were family members Rosemary Atwell and Dimitri Bougatsos of Jeddo, and Dorothy Paetzke and Steven Firestine of Macomb County. The bride and groom will reside in Harrison Township.

CPS’ winter royalty
