Cros-Lex students in grades 8-12 attended their first career fair in years last week, with 62 vendors from various businesses and organizations representing nearly 100 different career options. Around 685 students participated in the event, which has not taken place since before the Covid-19 pandemic. Here, professionals from Croswell Light and Power demonstrate various aspects of their jobs, including their safety gear, and shutting down a power supply. From left, Curtis Smigill, Dereck Newton, and Troy Todd (right) watch Cros-Lex student Laura Anuszkiewicz shut down a transformer.
