The following individuals were sentenced or bound over to Circuit Court in 73A District Court in Sanilac County:

Kevin J. Jackson, 40, Peck. Count 1: Operating while intoxicated-third offense notice-felony. Count 2: Operating-license suspended-revoked-denied second offense notice. Count 3: Failure to stop at scene of property damage accident (attended vehicle). Bound over.

Lorenzo C. Lerma, 43, Croswell. Count 1: Home invasion-second degree. Count 2: Weapons-firearms-possession by felon. Four counts of weapons-firearms-larceny. No pre-trial release. Bound over.

William J. R. Slone, 37, Deckerville. Count 1: assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder or by strangulation. Two counts of Domestic violence. Bound over.

Michael D. Drain, 17, Sandusky. Count 1: absconding or forfeiting bond in a criminal proceeding wherein a felony was charged. Bound over.

Stanley C. Bass, 33, Flint. Count 1: Absconding or forfeiting bond in a criminal proceeding wherein a felony was charged. Bound over.

Michael A. Laurain, 29, Brown City. Let suspended person drive. Fines and costs $325. Second case: Allowing a suspended person to operate. Fines and costs $225.

Stacey L. Fulayter, 48, Lexington. Allowing a suspended person to operate. Fines and costs $225.

Jeffrey E. Wilcox, 37, North Branch. Allowing a suspended person to operate. Fines and costs $225.

Jose M. Clark, 38, Caro. Allowing a suspended person to operate. Fines and costs $225.

Brock M. R. Osborn, 26, Port Sanilac. Attempted-motor vehicle-operate without security. Fines and costs $325.

Bruce W. Krigner Jr., 32, Deckerville. Allowing a suspended person to operate. Fines and costs $275.

Colleen F. Ortiz, 53, Peck. Attempted-retail fraud-third degree. Five days in jail, 6 months probation. Jail term held in abeyance pending successful completion of probation. Reimburse county for court-appointed attorney fees. Fines and costs $340.

Thomas D. Perry, 34, Deckerville. Attempted malicious destruction-building. Five days in jail, 12 months probation, Advantage Counseling and Educational Services treatment, reimburse the county for court-appointed attorney fees. Fines and costs $755.

Joseph F. Dornatt, 27, East Detroit. Operated impaired. 12 months probation, substance abuse treatment. Fines and costs $1,263.

Michael R. Wells, 24, Vassar. Allowing a suspended person to operate. Reimburse county for court-appointed attorney fees. Fines and costs including attorney fees $626.50.

Kesha R. Hoover, 30, Bridgeport. Let suspended person drive. Reimburse county for court-appointed attorney fees. Fines and costs $620.

Amy L. Baka, 36, Sandusky. Attempted-motor vehicle-operate without security. Fines and costs $325.

Kayla M. Hayden, 22, Shelby Twp. Allowing a suspended person to operate. Fines and costs $275.
