The following people have been sentenced in 24th Judicial Circuit Court:

Aaron R. L. Wellington, 22, Mayville. Count 1: Larceny-building. Count 2: Malicious destruction of personal property over $200. Habitual offender 4th conviction. Count 1: 365 days in jail with credit for 182 days served, restitution to be determined, reimburse county for court appointed attorney fees. Count 2: 365 days in jail with credit for 182 days served. Second case: Count 1: Larcenybuilding. Count 2: Motor vehicle-unlawful drive-away. Count 3: Malicious destruction of personal property over $200. Count 1: 365 days in jail with credit for 181 days served, restitution to be determined. Count 2: 365 days in jail with credit for 181 days served. Count 3: 365 days in jail with credit for 181 days served. Third case: Count 1: Breaking and entering with intent. Count 2: Malicious destruction of personal property over $200. Count 1: Three years and three months to 10 years in prison with credit for 181 days served, restitution to be determined. Count 2: 365 days in jail with credit for 181 days served. These sentences shall run concurrent to each sentence defendant is ordered to serve.

Nicole L. Kolakowski, 35, Sandusky. Count 2: Attempted-controlled substance-obtain by fraud. Twelve months probation. Defendant must complete mental health-domestic batterer intervention.

Lawrence D. Kolakowski, Jr., 34, Sandusky. Two counts: Attempted-controlled substance-obtain by fraud. Count 1: 180 days in jail with credit for one day served, 12 months probation, outpatient substance abuse treatment. Count 2: 180 days in jail with credit for one day served. As to Counts 1 and 2, The first 120 days of jail term is to be served immediately with balance deferred pending successful completion of probation. Defendant may serve any portion of jail time in an approved residential treatment facility and receive day for day credit pending successful completion of the program. Defendant is eligible for work release.

Eric J. Behnke, 40, Saginaw. Count 1: Controlled substance-delivery/ manufacture-meth. Sentencing delayed until the first Wednesday following March 15, 2019. Defendant to continue in Teen Challenge.
