Michael A. Dirusso, 23, Traverse City. Count 1: Operating while intoxicated-third offense-Felony. Count 2: Operating-license suspended-revoked denied. Count 3: Failure to stop after a collision. Bound over.

Steven G. Haffner, 22, Lexington. Attempted malicious destruction of a building. Five days in jail, 12 months probation. Defendant shall perform 30 hours of community service in lieu of jail term.
