Kimberly S. Crockett, 53, Clyde Twp. Count 1: Conspiracy to commit home invasion-first degree. Count 2: Home invasion-first degree. Count 3: Larceny in a building. Count 4: Interfering with electronic communications. Count 5: Larceny $200 or more but less than $1,000. Count 6: Conspiracy to commit assault or assault and battery. Count 7: Assault or assault and battery. Bound over.

Shelley A. Foote, 52, Ubly. Allowing a suspended person to operate. Fines and costs $225.

Shannon C. Gonzalez, 48, Marlette. Attempted-motor vehicle-operating without security. Reimburse county for court-appointed attorney fees. Fines and costs $525.

Michael A. Wilson, Jr., 42, Clinton Twp. Operating-impaired. Fifteen days in jail, 12 months probation, substance abuse treatment. May satisfy jail term by attending Impact Weekend in Clarkston. Fines and costs $1,263.

Ray M. Verellen, 34, Kingston. Allowing a suspended person to operate. Fines and costs $225.

Anthony D. Nikel, 22, Emmett. Attempted-motor vehicle-operating without security. Fines and costs $620.

Nicholas B. Whitley, 39, Harbor Beach. Unlawful use of license plates/registration/title. Motor vehicle-operating without security. Sixteen days in jail for each charge. Sentences to run concurrent. Fines and costs $825.

Steven A. Maynard, 49, Alexandria, Va. Retail fraud-third degree. Fines and costs $383.21.
