Circuit Court

The following people have been sentenced in 24th Judicial Circuit Court:

Randy L. Johnson II, 30, Marlette. Controlled substance-possession-heroin less than 25 grams (habitual offender second offense notice). 365 days in jail with credit for 70 days served, restitution $40, reimburse county for court-appointed attorney fees.

Clayton E. Troyer, 32, Marlette. Controlled substance-delivery less than 50 grams. 365 days in jail with credit for 72 days served. Driver’s license suspended for 6 months. Defendant may apply for a restricted license in 30 days. Reimburse county for court-appointed attorney fees.

Allison K. Hergenreder, 24, Cass City. Count 2: Jail-prisoner-possession-contraband. 270 days in jail with credit for 1 day served, 12 months probation, reimburse county for court-appointed attorney fees. Count 3: Controlled substance-use-narcotic or cocaine. Pay costs.

Daniel E. Martin, 43, Brown City. Lying to a peace officer. 30 days in jail with credit for 3 days served. Jail time may be served on weekends. Reimburse county for court appointed fees.

Justin T. Scott, 19, North Branch. Pled no contest to motor vehicle-unlawful use. 365 days in jail, driver’s license suspended, reimburse county for court-appointed attorney fees. Defendant may serve any portion of jail sentence in an approved substance abuse residential treatment program for day for day credit.

The following individuals were guilty of contempt of court for failure to pay child support:

James Miller, Sandusky. 30 days in jail or pay $77.50 per month.
