Students talk graphics

Photo by Eric Levine Photo by Eric Levine Students in the graphics program at the Sanilac Career Center are the first group of students to make a presentation to the Sanilac County Board of Commissioners. Commissioner Bob Conely made the suggestion a while back to invite schools to send students to board meetings for brief presentations. The Career Center students talked about their various projects and handed out samples of their work. At the podium is Carlos Kirk, a Brown City senior. Carlen Rye (standing to Kirk’s left), a Marlette senior, and Megan Woods (to Rye’s left), a Brown City senior, also addressed the board. Graphics instructors Stephanie Stanley (standing far left) and Tina VanConant (not shown) were also in attendance at the April 11 meeting.
