WORTH TWP. — Sanilac County Sheriff’s deputies are asking help from the public following the theft of an all-terrain-vehicle.

The stolen ATV, along with thefts from several vehicles, occurred in the area of Wildcat and Burnsline roads during the Friday night and Saturday morning hours of Sept. 2-3.

The ATV - a 2001 Arctic Cat 400 4x4, red in color with black rim - was stolen from a storage shed on Wildcat and driven away on Burnsline, deputies reported. The ATV had a full windshield, front winch and a wooden tool box on the front rack.

During the same time period, several small items were stolen from unlocked vehicles in the area.

Anyone with information about the ATV is asked to call the sheriff’s office at 810-648-2000.
