Michael L. Achtabowski, 31, Sandusky. Count 1: Sex offenders-Failure to comply with registration act. Count 2: Stolen property receiving and concealing less than $200. Bound over.

Amy L. Wendorf-Rosario, 33, Marlette. Two counts: Controlled substance-obtaining by fraud. Count 3: Controlled substance-drugs-obtain by false representation. Count 4: Controlled substance-false prescription. Bound over.

Gerald S. Perzanowski, 49, Melvin. Count 1: Operating intoxicated-third offense. Count 2: Controlled substance possession of marijuana. Count 3: Operated while license suspended/ revoked/denied. Count 4: Motor vehicle operating without security. Count 5: Chemical agents-prohibited uses. Count 6: Operate-unregistered vehicle. Bound over.

Nikolaus D. Wheeler, 26, Croswell. Attempted-Motor vehicle-operate without security. Fines and costs $425.

Robert M. Wirth, 54, Sandusky. Controlled substance-use of marijuana/ spice. Fines and costs $325.

Christopher G. Carr, 23, Detroit. Controlled substance-use of marijuana/ spice. Fines and costs $425.

Amber R. Paine, 34, Bay City. Attempted-Check-no account. 60 days in jail. Fines and costs $928.18.

Elyse M. Graham, 26, Goodells. Operating impaired. 6 months probation, Alcohol highway safety class. Fines and costs $1,173.

Donald W. Searles, 34, Mt. Pleasant. Operating while intoxicated. 30 days in jail. Defendant must also serve 5 days in jail on a contempt of court charge, which will run concurrent with the jail term on the original case. Reimburse county for court appointed attorney fees. Fines and costs $1,225.

Dennis Jackson, Jr., 36 Port Huron. Domestic violence. 7 days in jail with credit for 7 days served, 32 hours of community service in lieu of $282.20. Fines and costs $679.

Daryl A. Grifka, 37, Minden City. Telecommunication services-malicious use. 180 days in jail. Defendant shall serve 30 days in jail and 150 days shall be held in abeyance pending successful completion of probation. 12 months probation. Fines and costs $580.

Robert G. Smith, Indian River, MI. Operating impaired. 30 days in jail, 12 months probation, substance abuse counseling, reimburse county for court appointed attorney fees. Fines and costs $400.

Bobette M. Whitredge, 56, Sandusky. Operating while intoxicated-second offense. 180 days in jail, 18 months probation, substance abuse counseling. First 90 days of jail sentence to be served in 30 consecutive 3-day weekends. Remaining 90 days shall be held in abeyance pending successful completion of probation. Fines and costs $1,553.

Neal A. McMann, 28, Otter Lake, MI. Police officer-assaulting/resisting/obstructing. 45 days in jail, 12 months probation, substance abuse program, reimburse county for court appointed attorney fees. Fines and costs $905.

Samantha L. Wurm, 41, Lexington. Retail fraud-third degree. 15 days in jail. Defendant shall be unsuccessfully discharged from probation.

Devon M. Lovaas, 22, Sandusky. Police officer-assaulting/resisting/obstructing. 90 days in jail, reimburse county for court appointed attorney fees. Fines and costs $125.

James J. Laskowski, 41, Port Sanilac. Stolen property-receiving and concealing. 6 months probation, restitution $282.65, Thinking Matters Group at Sanilac Counseling. Fines and costs including restitution $747.65.

Jesse L. Knox, 47, Brown City. Disorderly person-drunk. 6 months probation, out-patient substance abuse counseling. Fines and costs $515.
