Count 6: Controlled substance Possession (Schedule 5 and LSD, etc.). Count 7: Contributing to the delinquency of children. Bound over.

Todd O. Mills, 26, Cass City. Operating while intoxicated 2nd offense. 3 days in jail. Reimburse county for court appointed attorney fees. Fines and costs $1,733.

Jennifer L. Mills, 25, Minden City. Disorderly person-jostling. 3 days in jail, restitution $631.93. Fines and costs including restitution $1,296.93.

Bruce E. Louks, 55, Eastpointe. False pretenses $200-$1,000. Restitution $13,443.88. Fines and costs including restitution $14,755.88.

William I. Long, 48, Unionville. Breaking and entering Illegal entry. 6 days in jail, reimburse county for court appointed attorney fees. Fines and costs $125.

Abel Lerma, 54, Croswell. Operated impaired. 12 months probation, Impact Weekend at Wesleyan Camp. Fines and costs $1,263.

Gary G. Bates II, 34, Westland. Operating while intoxicated with occupant under 16. 180 days in jail. Eligible for work release. Fines and costs $1,073.

Tyler S. Ruchgy, 49, Deckerville. Attempted Controlled substance- use of marijuana. Fines and costs $375.

Theodore L. Davis III, 22, Snover. Operated impaired. 3 days in jail, 12 months probation. Fines and costs $1,313.

James E. Ross, 45, Port Huron. Stolen property-receive and conceal. Reimburse county for court appointed attorney fees. Fines and costs $927.42.

Amber M. Randall, 31, Port Huron. Allowing a suspended person to operate. Fines and costs $225.

Stephen G. Rusiecki, 56, Ubly. NSF check less than $100. 12 months probation, restitution $880. Fines and costs including restitution $1,485.
