All-you-can-eat pasta dinner prepared & served by Sanilac Career Center Culinary Arts students, 11 a.m.-3 p.m. Uri’s Landing, 7365 Cedar St., Port Sanilac. Fifth Annual Taste Fest, 5-7 p.m., sponsored by Friends of the Sandusky District Library. Free tasting of appetizers & desserts – vote for your favorites with a donation to benefit the library. At the library, 55 E. Sanilac Ave.

Friday Nov. 6

Annual Fall Harvest Home Dinner, 4:30-6:30 p.m., United Methodist Church, 68 Lexington St., Sandusky. $10 adults, $5 ages 6-12, ages 5 and under free. Carry-outs. ----

Community Supper, 4-7 p.m., Hope Lutheran Church, 2510 Juhl Rd., Marlette – 7 miles east, 1 mile north of Marlette. Adults $8, ages 5-12 $4, under free. Baked goods for sale. Proceeds to Marlette Schools Back Pack Program.

Saturday Nov. 7

Scotch Doubles bowling to benefit Proud Equestrian 4-H Freedom Riders Program, 7 p.m., Liberty Lanes, Sandusky. $25 per couple. Register by calling 4-H office, 810-648- 2515.

Spaghetti Dinner to support scouting and honor veterans, 4:30-7 p.m., Marlette VFW Hall, Main St., Marlette, one block north of stop light at Marlette and Main streets. Adults $7, ages 5-12 and seniors over 65 $5, veterans, scouts in uniform and children under 5 eat free. Sponsored by Marlette Troop 328 & Marlette VFW Post. Proceeds support scouting. Special event: proper American flag burning ceremony at 7:15 p.m. by Troop 328 & VFW Honor Guard in VFW parking lot. Public invited. ----

Annual Hospice Luncheon to benefit United Hospice Service, 12-4 p.m., St. Elizabeth Catholic Church Parish Hall, Marlette. Tickets $15 at hospice office at Marlette Regional Hospital East Campus, 2861 Main St. Details, 800-635- 7490.

Trick or Trail, 3-4:30 p.m., Marlette Community Schools’ Gayle’s Trail. Walk the trail of trick or treats. Hot dogs, pop corn, Ronald McDonald, etc. Free.
