Two injured in crash



Police, firemen and ambulance personnel responded to a two-car crash in front of the Sandusky Wal-Mart Friday at 3:53 p.m. According to Sandusky police, Amber Perry, 19, of Sandusky pulled out of Wal-Mart onto West Sanilac Avenue into the path of an eastbound vehicle driven by Jennifer Hayes, 39, of Sandusky. Perry told officers she didn't the oncoming car. She was cited for failing to yield. The drivers were transported to McKenzie Memorial Hospital, where Perry was treated and released and Hayes was transferred to another hospital. Sandusky fireman and Sanilac EMS assisted at the scene.
