Spring Garden Classes are being offered at the Sanilac Career Center, 175 East Aitken Rd., Peck from 6PM-7PM. The class on Square Foot Gardening will be taught by Merry Martin, Coordinator of the Sanilac Master Gardeners. Cost is $12 per person

Saginaw Valley State University will present a teacher certification information seminar from 5 to 6 p.m. at St. Clair County Community College in Room 206 of the Citizens First Michigan Technical Education Center. The seminar is for people who already have a bachelor’s degree or higher and want to obtain initial certification in elementary or secondary education from the State of Michigan.
