Sheriff honored

Sanilac County Sheriff Garry Biniecki (left) receives the Citizen Recognition Award for his efforts to restore the Jail Work Crew, which does work in local communities ranging from brush cutting and grass mowing, to painting curbs and picking up trash at the 4-H Fair.
